Inhalt / Lernziele

This seminar provides students with an opportunity to explore regenerative agriculture from an entrepreneurial perspective. Regenerative agriculture emphasizes sustainable, eco-friendly farming methods that restore and enhance the health of ecosystems. In this module, students will work in teams to identify pressing challenges within this field and develop innovative prototype solutions aimed at addressing them. Throughout the course, they will engage with industry experts, leverage design-thinking methodologies, and incorporate systems thinking to develop a holistic understanding of regenerative agriculture.

 

Learning Objectives:By the end of the semester, students will:

  • Develop a foundational understanding of regenerative agriculture principles and practices.
  • Identify and research key challenges in regenerative agriculture through systems thinking and stakeholder analysis.

  • Apply entrepreneurial methodologies to ideate, test, and iterate on potential solutions.
  • Develop skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and prototyping.

  • Reflect on the social, economic, and environmental impact of their solutions.
