Do you want to train your entrepreneurial muscles and enhance your skills and competences through the development of innovative business concepts? Do you want to get some basic knowledge how to make positive change in relevant topics happening?  Do you want to explore interdisciplinary and international project collaboration? Then you should definitely apply for this seminar! You will work in diverse teams from different faculties of HM (applied sciences and mechatronics, design), as well as with international students from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny in Warszaw, Poland who will join us for this class in Munich.

You picture the basics of Entrepreneurship and Design Thinking. You apply this knowledge to a given, real challenge around the topic of sustainable opportunities for Green Tech, Agriculture and Food.

After having built your teams, you do some research and become experts in your chosen challenge. Then, you will create many, many ideas of which you will pick the most promising ones to develop sustainable business models. You prototype, create a marketing mix and financials for your business models. You practice how to present your business ideas in an investor pitch format. Finally, you present your ideas during a pitch event in order to win some seed financing for your teams and be able to continue working on your business ideas.

We are going to conduct this course in a flipped classroom manner. You will get access to a SPOC (small private online course) with all the material - theory and method introductions, templates a.s.o. It is expected that you are preparing yourself for the upcoming lectures at your own pace.

Date, time and location: June 26th- July 1st 2023, 9am - 6 pm. Creative Hall, Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE), Heßstraße 89.

Please also make yourselves available for two one-hour virtual intro sessions on June 1st and  June 15th at 9 am. (zoom-Links see Moodle)
