Content
Upon successful completion of this module, students will be able to use specialized terminology in English and independently research, analyse, and present business topics related to professional practice and English-language business studies in a linguistically appropriate manner. Additionally, they will possess advanced knowledge of business practices and economic conditions in other regions.


Learning Objectives

Subject-specific Competence:
Students will be able to independently evaluate and explain business concepts in English. They will deepen their knowledge of international business practices and become familiar with digital specialized media in English. Students will also be able to confidently present themselves and their organization or company competently and appropriately in an international context in English.

Methodological Competence:
Through discussions, exercises, and working with authentic material in English, students will continuously expand their professional vocabulary, improve their listening comprehension, and enhance their ability to express themselves. Through guided self-study of online specialized media and business data, they will become proficient in handling reliable digital content in English. Furthermore, students will be able to differentiate between various forms of language and communicate appropriately in various business situations. They will also be able to independently develop additional specialized vocabulary in context, either individually or in groups.

Self-competence:
Students will be able to assess and analyse their own English communication skills to identify potential areas for improvement and apply these in a learning curve. Furthermore, they will be able to independently research business data online in English efficiently.

Social Competence:
By researching and addressing business topics in other regions, students will deepen their understanding of the cultures of those regions. In conjunction with the communication skills acquired in English, students will be able to handle various societal situations in an international business context and contribute competently to intercultural exchange.
