Intended Learning Outcomes
The aim of the module is to train the application of working methods and techniques of a digitalisation project as well as the situation-specific learning, using a concrete more complex project under realistic conditions. Students acquire the ability to implement solution-oriented appropriate working methods and techniques of project management to apply their theoretical knowledge to specific change projects. Our students gain the competence to quickly and independently become acquainted with business management problems, to initiate, plan and conduct a business transformation project. The topic of the project depends on the respective client.

- Quantitative empirical methods (comparative – statistical, mathematical method, data analysis):
