By the end of the course,
you will be familiar with the latest HR trends, challenges, concepts, tools,
and practices.

You will be able to place
these within the overall context of human resource management and critically
reflect on them in terms of their relevance, acceptance, and situational
applicability in organizational practice.
Application Level: Design!
•
You will be able to
discuss alternative HR scenarios derived from these trends in a critical manner
and justify and configure appropriate organizational design options.
•
This includes the
professional assessment of relevant future developments regarding human
resources (“HR”) as well as human resource management and HR departments (“HRM”).
•
In this way, you will be
equipped to actively contribute to ensuring the quality and success of
professional HR work and to ensure the innovative capacity of future-proof HR
practices.
Project Work: Action Competence!
•
In this facilitated
process, you will be supported and guided (coaching) to work independently,
with initiative, on specific topics and issues, possibly in collaboration with
companies (self-directed project management).
•
You will become familiar
with the fundamental principles of organizing, logistics, implementation, and
management of HR-related projects, which naturally includes cooperation within
teams and with third parties.
•
You will not only explore
the theoretical aspects of the project task but also derive practical
recommendations for action and implications, which you will then represent to
relevant stakeholders (e.g., external clients).
